I need healthy eating help and exercise, vegetarians, read too!?

Okay so.
I'm NOT obese.
I'm NOT fat.
I'm pretty much slim.
5'8" 1/2 140-145 pounds.
Which isn't bad.
But..
See.
Summer of going into 8th grade (I'm now in 9th)
I lost approximately 55 pounds.
I did this by not only dieting, but walking about four miles 3-4 days every week.
I was about 130 pounds.
I went on this really bad diet, also.
I ate healthy, yes, but I only ate about 1,000 calories.
And I lost weight.
But I DID like it, sadly.
I added up everything I ate.
Every little calorie.
Oh, and, can't leave out I've been a vegetarian since February of '07.

But the thing I need help with is tightening my abs.
And eating more healthy.
Well, I do eat healthy.
I just need a well-balanced diet.
So, could someone please help me with this?
I'm aiming towards..
1,000 calories a day..
I know that sounds terrible but, it's what I want.

I am currently exercising with these steps everyday:
-I do 50 sit-ups in the morning before school. (I need a good breakfast choice..?)
-50 sit-ups after school AND jumping on a small exercise trampoline for 30 minutes. (I eat a Boca Burger..which is vegetarian after school. I do NOT eat school lunch.)
-50 sit-ups before bed.



Basically all-in-all, I need a good breakfast to start me out (I used to skip breakfast, but I heard you gain weight easier that way.), Since I don't eat lunch at school, I need something good for me to eat after school (Keep in mind I need protein so the Boca burger kind of comes without say)

Also it would be nice to tell me something good to eat on the weekends :D
(breakfast, lunch, dinner...)


And lastly, I need help with the ab tightening.
Are sit-ups enough?
OH OH, and upper thigh tightening.

I'm not really looking towards pills, thanks though.
I heard those get rid of weight, (Which is NOT what I need to do..well, just about 5-7 pounds.), but then you gain it back reaaaaal easy.



And the clementines..
I can't just eat the for breakfast and nuts all day.
That's a terrible diet.

Cardio as in jumping jacks, right?
Well, I do do those also, just didn't add that in.
I do like, 100 a day.
I don't know if that's enough.

I never ever EVER drink pop (soda) I dislike it.
Nor do I drink Gatorade or any energy drinks of the sort.
I mostly drink orange juice.
I hardly drink water though.


So, I should eat eggs and fruit for breakfast?
And how about, Boca burgers and oatmeal after school?
What is a good BMR number, also?
My BMR is about 1522.8....So I do need 1,000 calories, correct?
The exercising I am doing now I think is helping, just to say.
People have been saying it looks like it, and you know your sides at the bottom of your back?
I'm not sure what they're called, love handles, I think..
Well, they seem to be getting tighter ^^
I think I'm just really paranoid, but the healthy dieting advice can still be answered :D?!
Though, ChiChi, did a great job ^^
