i need help? cold sore problems?

i've had this cold sore on my mouth since January, and it has'nt come off yet, i dont have any herpes............. i'm ashamed to admit i've been trying to pick it off..............i'm really trying to have it off by the end of this month ........please help me!!!!

Try using some Orajel or maybe see a docotor you might have the herpe.
