computer to get songs but? when the program i up it says its not connected
 
Same thing has happened to my V3X just recently, it won't let me put anything on anymore. I even tried the CD with my new computer, doesn't work. I think I should go into my service provider and proabbly ask them for help!..

Just faulty I guess!
