i need to install a multiswitch in the attic as the one from directv is in the basement and i have no way of getting to it.
How do i go about installing one in the attic there is a main feed running from the attic to the basement that connects to the directv installed multiswitch can i use that main feed as the input and run the cable from my room as the receiver or output without having to bring in lines from the dish as it would be very hard to get into the attic.
Any help or suggestions would be great thanks in advance
