I need help w my music?

I am a guitar player and fake my way through piano.I am pro level.I've had such a hard time finding the right band.Ego problems,differant music tastes,drugs,guys who are married and have 10 kids so they cant tour.Its been a pain.So,I have all these songs... some good hookie ones.I write well and can do jingle work,soundtrack work ,anything really that will pay.I wish to do this for a living.Heres my prob.I have no idea where to start.How do I get a mgr?How do I get finantial backing?How do I meet the right people that can help.I was once approached by a acting agent while working as a waiter and ended up doing some commertials so I can act too.I need help,please
