I haven't changed my diet or anything just that I've been really stressed out lately. Could that effect gas buildup? I can feel it move all around and sometimes the pain is so excruciating I cannot sleep. I have to be careful of not swallowing too much air when drinking or whatever because it causes huge air pockets to go to my stomach and then it expels the contents of my stomach out to the point of throwing up.Also I have taken gas-x tablets, maalox, and even ibuprofen just to lessen the pain.</blockquote>
