I need help with my 95 jeep grand cherokee engine coolant?

When i open the radiator cap, the coolant is green, but when i look inside the overflow tank or engine coolant tank it looks red and not at all green. I just recently bought the car so i dont know if its supposed to look like this. Any suggestions.

old style antifreeze is green . new long life is orange ,they should mix with no problem,somebody topped the reserve with new style
