i need help with my aquarium lighting?

i recently bought a t-5 light for my tank and i wasnt crazy about the color it made the tank, the light came with one pink and one white. the combo made the tank look greenish, so i took the white one out and left the pink but know it looks pinkish. so i was wondering what coloring the blue bulb did, i saw one of them in the pet store. i am search for the right combo to get my nice clear blue water back it driving me crazy

If your tank is a salt water tank you'll need the three color lights. white pink and blue. This is for the rays needed for the coral to grow. If you have a fresh water, then maybe try one white and one blue and see what that looks like.
