I need help with putting songs on my Motorola L7 phone using iTunes?

it comes with itunes and everything and i've used itunes numerous times to put songs on it. i'm on a different computer and finally created a playlist to use for my phone but when i plug it in, it does install the hardware, but it the phone doesn't show up in itunes automatically likes it's supposed to. i just need to know how to get the phone to show up so i can just drag and drop songs.
