I need help with Sims 2 Pets for Nintendo DS.The customers always complain!?

They always complain they have been there for hours but they JUST arrived. I just saw them come in!
One of them said i have been waiting for hours but they had just appeared and I never saw them before
PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!
