What shirt do i wear with this? I was thinking a black long sleeved one, as it will be FREEZING. Would that be ok?

i see it more with a white scoop neck long sleeved shirt.
and then add some really CUTE accessories like a long necklace or even a scarf.
you could even layer a purple tank under the white shirt so it shows a little and adds some color to the top!
