I need help with a yugioh deck and starting up again

I want to build a anti meta deck because I can;t stand how everyone has flocked over to the BW/LS/and GB decks

but the Gadget Oppression deck is a popular one.
I need help finding a set of cards that are like the gadgets.Being able to get monster from the deck to keep your hand with at least one card)

Any suggestions
