I need to find the gear ratio for my truck?

I need to replace the rear end on a 97 Chevy pickup...10 bolt cover but the sticker that tells me the gear ratio has been removed. How can I find the gear ratio or does anyone know what it would be?? The truck is a K 1500 4 wheel drive 4.3 engine and I believe it's a 6 cyl
