I need to know if trning on Bluetooth on my celphone means free access to everything

in it? Im having issues with this Bluetooth on my celphone, how secure it is....about files, viruses and stuff that i didn't want other people to have access unless i allow them too? Say for example via computers, with Bluetooth in them....

Or if that's possible, can you go into details please...?
