...ordering i paid a $30.00 charge? The technician was very nice and gave me his personal phone number which in turn was a good thing because minutes after he left the system stopped working. He came right back and fixed it. It did this 3 more times and by then i was fed up and called the company and canceled. I canceled everything within 48 hours and shipped there equipment back to them in shipping boxes they sent to me. Now because i signed something when they installed there are holding me liable for over $500.00. I canceled the credit card they had used to get the initial $30.00 from me and got a new card. When i talk to them anyone i talk to act as if there is nothing i can do but pay them. It has now gone to collections. My question is in my opinion i would like to go to court over this but collections doesn't seem to work like that it seems like just because they turned me into collections they have a right to collect no matter what. What should i do ?

B.S. Take them to small claims courts, charging failure tp provide service. If they haven't fixed it in three tries, you have given them ample chances. You can not afford to stay at home waiting for them to show up at their convience. The court should order refunding your $30.00. Had a similar problem, technicans were as nice as they could be, they would get the thing working. Turn it off at night turn it back on next evening. Will not work. Call the tech support, follow instructions wont work.set up appointment take afternoon off work they finally call. to late they will return tomorrow. No you can't take any more time off. But you will have to appear in court. Sue them for the entire charge they are trying to collect. BTW they settled out of court, by refunding my money and offering 2 months service. I declined, I don't do business with people I don't trust. Get a antenna Disc player and rent movies you want, not what they offer. And show over and over.
