I really hate Pop-ups!!!!?

I have my pop-up block setting to on but I still get pop-ups.

I have had my computer for 4 years and never had a pop-up until the last 6 months.

Example: I got to Walmart.com and then see a pop-up saying: Do you shop at Wal Mart.

What can I do to totally elilminate these pain-in-the %@&% things?
