so, i just got a 2006 chevy cobalt in october '08. i'm 18, so my mom signed on it for me. it was $10,000, we put down like $1,500 or something. but anyway, yesterday i got in a wreck and completely totaled the car. i had full coverage so i just have to pay the insurance company $1,000 and they pay the car off. but i don't have $1,000 (or anywhere close) and i HAVE to have transportation to school and work, which i now don't have. and if i don't have a way to work i can't get money to pay the $1,000 or put some money down on a new car. And like I said, I'm only 18 and I have no credit, so I couldn't even sign for my own car. And now that I've wrecked this car, no one will help me and co-sign for a car. I don't know what to do.
