About 3 years ago, I hurt my lower back at work. It was never completely back to normal, but the Doctor released me anyway. These past few months, my back has been hurting worse and worse - It's still from the same injury. My question is, can I still get covered under the original workmans comp or did I wait too long? This is going to get very expensive, very fast, so I need to know if I'm responsible or they are!
