free cigarettes? I would like to know did they do that in other neighborhoods? Was it a marlbo truck doing that? If it wasn't something seem bugged out about that back than.

Its against most North American laws to distribute free cigs now. It still happens in S. America and some other countries.

It was done in Canada in the '60s at bars and sporting events, until the Gov. stopped it due to minors getting their little hands on the stuff.
