...getting fuel to the fuel rails.? I installed a new fuel pump on my 2000 jeep grand cherokee 4.0. I am still not getting any fuel to the fuel rails. The pump isn't making the familiar humming sound, however it is the OEM replacement. When I used starting fluid on the engine it cranked. Does anyone know what the problem may be. I have tried everything I know.
