I scratched a car when I open my door and ran, what can i do?

I'm a student and the wind caught my door, it swung open and scratched the door of the other car. I panicked becuase I have never even been in an accident before and drove away. Can this be considered a hit and run? also how much would it cost me to fix their door?

happens every day... most peole do just drive off and its not the rigth thing to do if you care as much about your car as the one you hit you should have left your phone number and im sorry or something but now theres not much anyone can do .... wouldnt worry about it now
