Well It's Been Two Years Since I Had Physical Education and since Then I've Been Smoking A Pack A Day.
A Month Now, I've Cut Down To Making A Pack Last Two Days.
Now There's A Year Course Next Year, Half Semester Body Conditioning & Half Semester Physical Education.

Please I Don't Need No Negative Judgement About The Smoking.
I'm Needing Tips For Me To Not Get Tired Easily.
I Have A Phobia That I Hate When I'm Out Of Breathe. I Get Really Nervous & Terrified.

So I Want To Be Able To Run And Not Get Tired easily. I'm Trying to Drink More Water So That Way I'm Not Dehydrated To Help Me.

Is There Ways To Help Me Improve My Lungs Until When The New School Year Comes?
Please Help Me, & Thanks In Advance. (:

Obviously quitting cigarettes would be best, but if you're like me that's not an option. You've taken some good first steps by cutting back and drinking more water. Now you just need to do some physical activities. Start off by going for a walk an hour a day (without your cigarettes). If you can do that for a couple weeks then add in 10 minutes of jogging in the middle of your walk for a week. Then each week add 5 more minutes of jogging until you are up to 30 minutes of jogging. If you have a bicycle, go ride for an hour or try 30 minutes of swimming.

I find a cigarette tastes so good after running or swimming ;)
