I absolutely love cod liver oil, which contains 2,500 IU of vitamin D and vitamin A. It says on the bottle to take only 1 per day, but I may have eaten 6 or 7 in the past 5 hours. I am kind of starting to have a stomach ache, but not sure if it is from the cod liver oil. I read that the daily tolerable upper level for vitamin a is 9,335 for ages 14-18 (i am 17).I read that if you go above the tolerable levels you should seek medical care, but it seems kind of unnecessary. Have I overdosed? Will anything happen to me?
