I think my dad might have cancer?

Ok so me,my brother, and my grandma think my dad has cancer. My dad has gotten really really skinny and hes been getting sick alot since last time he went to the hospital over a year ago for a blockage n his heart. It seems to me he's getting weak and even my grandma said his job is getting to hard on him and he's been doing it all his life. Also he has a big bump on his head im not sure if that has to do with it. Also he always says how that he wont be around much longer but as soon as i question him bout it he change the subject ...plz help
