I think my Jack Dempsey is pregnant...?

I'm not sure if my Jack Dempseys are pregnant or not, it doesn't look like it is. I really don't know how you tell them if they're females or males. ANYWAYS, it's been 4 days and my Jack Dempsey begin to build a nest and I just noticed not to long ago. So I wonder if the Jack Dempsey is about to lay eggs or not? Hopefully I didnt confuse anyone that is reading this..
 
Your Jack Dempsey may be pregnant. Do you have any other cichlids? If they are in a lip lock, or were then that means your Jack Dempsey is pregnant. To get a better verified view, then please take a picture.
