...don't see anyway, pls help. Is there any free software that I can download so that my PC can find it when I plug it in just the way it works with USB memory stick?
 
You can go to their website and download the media manager.

Usually the box that the phone came with gives u such instructions as well. The box also comes with a cord that u can use on ur phone and computer to transfer information.

I use a micro SD card in my pearl for more memory and so that makes it easier for me to transfer info from my phone to pc.
