I saw a bunch of guys smoking hookah and decided to try it out myself. I took 3 short puffs and didn't feel anything at first, but then I started to get a mild soreness in my lungs and throat. Could I be getting cancer? And if I smoke is it OK to just keep the smoke in my mouth without it getting into the lungs?
