This might sound a little strange but I like it when my abs hurt. Not like a being stabbed pain, but a pain from doing too many situps or other exercise.
A few weeks ago I started doing situps for a long time in a while and the next day my abs were sore. I liked the feeling because it felt as if they weren't as stiff, and they felt contracted all the time and I ate less too.
Now though I'm doing as many situps I can at one time, until my abs feel weak, but I'm fine again the next day! Should I be doing more situps throughout the day, or maybe I should start doing them in the morning. What do you think would help?
Also, is there anything medically wrong with what I'm trying to do?
