I want to be able to scream!?

I really want to scream. Not because i want to be in a band and scream like every night. I just want to be able to say i can scream. And also when i sing flyleaf,l I can't scream so it sounds stupid.
I know like scream from your diapharm, drink lots of water and that.
But i don't get it? Do you scream like a normal scream( for help?) Or is there a special way of doing it.

I dont the scream thing myself, but try to just lose yourself and think like, you dont care how it sounds, or pretend to yourself your angry and the emotions of the song apply to you.
