i want to be near the beach so badly, but im too young :( what should i do?

i live in arizona and i can honestly say i hate everything about it. i hate my school here, most of the people i go to school with here, the weather here, the landscape here (all desert), the political crap that goes on here, ect. i go to the beach in mexico about once a year now and its basically the only thing i look forward to, ever. i love the beach (any beach!) so much and everything about it, including the people. i LOVE surfing, taking photos, walking on the beach, shopping, looking at marine life, and just sitting out by the water or going to dinner. im only a freshman in high school but the beach is all i can ever think about. im trying to get excellent grades just so i can get into a good college and have options to live near one (i got all A's last semester). is there anything i can do to help make this time go by faster or something so that i can get to the sea faster or just anything? im desperate! thanks! :)

Think about it this way, right now the BEACH is a special place to visit or go on vacation for a week. Then you go home and wish you were on vacation at the beach again. If you move to the beach then after some time you will not have that special place to get away ever again. "The grass is not always greener on the other side"
