I want to buy a Blackberry 8830 with Alltel and sync it wirelessly to my email

and outlook calender /contacts. I want to buy a Blackberry 8830 with Alltel. Will it sync both email and outlook calender, contacts, etc, WIRELESSLY? Do I have to connect it to my laptop via cable. I do not have a mail server, nor will I use any type of enterprise software. Alltel cannot answer my question.
