How to cancel tone club scription

I was having the same problem. I would call Bell month after month and was getting nowhere. I thought I would have to just suck it up and pay the $8 a month. Then someone told me they managed to get it off. So I called again and here is how to do it.

go into your mobile browser on your cell. At the top of the page it should say tunes & apps. Click on that. Go to the bottom and you will see my downloads. click on this. then option 1 my subscriptions. Then it should say TONE CLUB at the bottom it should say remove subscription.
