I want to complain about a company and was told to get in touch with BBB. what

does this stand for ? Hi I had a washing machine leak and it has ruined my floor. The company involved doesnt want to know. I asked on here and people told me to complain to the BBB but what does that stand for and is it British?

Well the BBB won't be any good if you are in the UK. Try the Trading Standards people.
