Well, it's quite healthy, however, choose carefully the evening snacks.Eating automatically occurs often in the evening, when the tasks are completed and that we sit to relax. "Sit in front of the television with a bag of crisps or biscuits is an example of where you eat not by hunger but out of habit," says Malena Perdomo of the American Dietetic Association. You may refer here for more:

For Breakfast You Should Eat Eegs, Fruit, And Maybe, Just Maybe An Eggo
At Lunch You Should Eat A Healthy Sandwich And Vegtables
Dinner You Should Have Vegtables, Meat, And Some Carbs.
Snacks Are Ok But You Hsould Have Fruit Or Vegtables For Snacks Instead Of Junkfood
And Don't Forget Only One Dessert A Day
And You Also Need To Exercise Not Depend On That But Still Exercise That Very Often!
That Will Probably Keep You Very Healthy!

Hi !

I have answered this question so many times that I now just copy and paste my story !
If you want to loose fat, I suggest eating a well balanced diet.
Grilled or baked lean meats, fruits, fiber, vegetables, water and un - salted nuts.
Exercise 5 days of the week, alternating with cardio and strength training. Do not cross out anything from your " diet", save the 2 days that you do not work out for being able to eat junk foods. You will not over indulge, after 2 weeks of eating a well balanced diet, on the 2 off days you have, you will not want as much junk food.

I lost 105 pounds in 1 year by eating this this way.

Do you really think Cheeto's or cookies are healthy? No.. but ONCE IN A WHILE never hurt anyone.. if you deny yourself of those sweet or salty snacks once in a while, you tend to binge when you do get them.. and that leads to well, ya know.. weight gain & such. Try cutting out the processed orange crap and eat fresh veggies instead (fresh baby carrots and ranch dip ROCKS!) It may not be the best tasting stuff but it definintely is better for ya. Also portion sizes are very important.. try keeping the meat portion to the size of your palm and load up on veggies at dinner/other meals.. a little starch is good but don't load up on taters or french fries.. good luck!
