...effective in burning fat? i want to know if it fits the lifestyle of a student like me whos not an athlete because it was said there that the product was designed for athletes
 
the Vitamin Shoppe is a better bet. GNC is VERY expensive and it's target IS professional Athletes and/or body builders etc. the Vitamin Shoppe has a MUCH wider variety of options great sales especially if you become a member and (here in N.Y.C. at least) more informed staff members...them out online good luck and Best Regards,
