I want to meet this girl...please help?

I am a senior in high school and I've become really attracted to this freshmen that I do not know. I see her at least 2 or 3 times a day, and we almost always make eye contact, but usually only for a half second. I have caught her looking at me before and so has she. I have this feeling that she either likes me or she's really creeped out by me....what should I do?
There's also a dance tomorrow night at our school and I think she's going and so am
I. Should I make a move then?

Any help is welcome and I'd at least like to meet her, I don't really care that she is a freshmen...
To clarify, I have never talked to her. I have seen her with some mutual friends. And I am 17 and I think she is 15 so I don't think it's too awkward....the dance is tomorrow though, so should I just ask her if she's going to the dance at school?

1__ APPEARANCE plays a major part in how u dress and groom yourself, eg, hairstyle, clean shaven, not all girls like stubble OK?
2__ GOOD HYGIENE always means a lot I hate stinky/smelly unshaven guys..
3__ CHARACTER how ur seen by others? Have PRIDE n be PROUD but NOT BE ARROGANT this is where it’s at coz if ur shy and reserved girls will shy away they like guys to be guys in other words act mature not like little boys OK !
