I want to put my spare compuer in my daughter's bedroom?

As have brought a new one for downstairs. The old one runs on windows xp, the new one on windows vista. there is no way I could run a wire from my dining room to her bedroom to allow internet connection. Is there a wireless router available? what are these products called and can anybody recommend a good (fairly priced) one? thanks.
