what else should I get to help me build muscles faster and keep motivated, also is there anything for sore muscles the next day so you don't get burned out?

The thing is, if you're just getting started, you don't need ANY supplements to start growing. If you eat a good diet--try a gram and a half of protein per pound of bodyweight, spread throughout the day (your body cannot digest huge quantities of protein at once, you'll just end up with runny leavings and terrible gas), and enough calories--you'll get everything you need to start growing. Once you've been lifting for a while, and you've seen some gains, you can start adding supplements. Creatine does help you stay stronger to the end of your workouts, but you won't need that right away. The various nitric oxide products, there's no convincing scientific evidence they do anything whatsoever apart from introducing a big load of free radicals into your bloodstream; but some people find that, for them at least, nitric produces a better pump or gets them more ready for the workouts. But if you start off taking these things right away, you won't know whether they're actually doing anything.
I would save my money now, focus on getting the diet right (if your diet isn't good all the supps in the world won't help you) and get through a few solid months of workouts, then consider adding a supplement here or there, one a time so you can find out if it's helping you or not.

i wouldn't waste your money at gnc try warren nutrition on Leonerd my boyfriends a power lifter and its cheaper

Get the GNC wheybolic extreme 60. It's a whey protein that has a lot of glutamine which helps muscle recovery.
If you decide to get this product, make sure to get any flavor besides cookies and cream and strawberry, they're horrible. I suggest getting chocolate(great tasting).

if you are lifting hard try to consume 1.5-2 grams of protien per pound. maybe you should try creatine help you get bigger faster. listen to your ipod to keep motivated. also before you go to bed consume a protien shake of 60 grams or more of protien so you wont have muscle breakdown when you are slepping.
