not. What do I do? I wasnt even doing 5 mph over. I think it was profiling, considering my car has slight mods. There were 2 cars ahead of me going faster, and it'd be pretty messed up to clock someone else, then get me for it. I dont know what to do about it, taking it to court seems like a lose-lose situation.
 
well.. go to court with it.

You weren't "accused" you were "caught". Take it to court, if the officer who wrote the ticket does not show up, you could get out of it.
