...and they found a baggie of weed on me? That leaves me with a "theft of services" charge, and a "possession of marijuana" charge. In the past I was arrested for "making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument, and "criminal mischief", all on the same night and for the same crime -drawing on a pole with a marker. When I was 18 I got arrested in the subway for being on the tracks. So for these most recent charges I was served with three days community service, but my city appointed lawyer said something really quickly that I couldn't understand, and instead i was told to return later the next month. What is going to happen when I get to the court house? Will it be thrown out maybe? That's what my lawyer mumbled to me "come back and they'll throw it out." I've messed up a lot in the past couple of years, but I'm praying that this might all finally be over.. strangely enough it keeps me up at night.

Well not sure what the whole question is but to be honest if ya get it thrown out then i would say count your lucky stars and fly straight good luck

OOOhhh... just why would you do that with a pocket full of weed on you? Well, if attention was what you wanted, it looks like you're an unqualified success. Good luck at Rikers.

Rule of thumb. Never commit a crime while committing a crime. You get a double whammy. In other words, if you know that you're already wrong then don't bring unwanted attention to yourself by committing another violation. You like jail or something?

Dude...you should look up "Antisocial Personality Disorder", and be grateful that "2nd Degree Stupid in Public" isn't a felony. Yet.
