I was switching lanes with a signal was driving in the lane a few minutes then, I was hit from the side of passenger side, the back and the front. The person sped up and tried to pass me since I had enough space to go in to the other lane when I checked. My door part is fine, not even a scratch. The side of front side has tire mark and dents. The back bumper of the side has dents.However, my car is in drivable condition.The other car flew in the air and got tipped over and fell, but two people who were in the car was fine, not even a single scratch.. ( thank god..) however their car got towed. Is this my fault? I didn't get a report on the spot. I am waiting for one.I wasn't in completely in the lane, I was 1/4 in the lane, and the car hit me in the back first.</blockquote>
