I went to Misugo (japanese). I wondered if what i ate was healthy?

I had:
Bowl of Miso soup with tofu (about 300 ml)
A plate of Edameme (approx 30 pods, so about 70 beans)
A bowl of steamed white rice (about 100 grams cooked)
1 Cucumber role (6 piece)

How many cals in my meal? I know its hard to say, but about?
