I work at a T-Mobile Call-Center, and...?

They have massive employee turn-over (people quitting before they've been working there more than a year, and being replaced by new-hires), and the problem seems to be that they are not willing to give people enough time to learn their software and policies, and so people are quitting. Does this happen at ALL call-centers? No wonder when you call them up experiencing a problem with your phone, they don't know what to do- they don't fricken train us!!
