i would like to complain about the back ground music on TV programs,?

While watching some programs on TV, sutch as the X factor, wild lfe programs, and sometime's in the news, the background music is to loud . We dont need to here music, while watching wildlife programs, we want to here what is being said about the animals. Im not alone in this, im sure, so who do we ask for help, in turning down this rubbish background music.......
 
i would like to join in on your complaint - if i want to listen to the radio or a cd player, I'll do it. But the point of watching tv is to watch programmes, if there is music, it should be subtly played in the background.
