I'm gonig to try making ice cream the way where you put it in the freezer for half an hour, whisk it and then put it back in but I'm told that this only works with custard- based-recipes( otherwise it goes icy). I can only frind ice cream recipes with cream which I dont have. Does anyone know a reliable recipe that I can use without cream? Oh yeah it can be chocolate flavor(using cocoa powder) or vanilla(using vanilla extract). Thanks hope you can help.
