ICSI Newbie wanting some feedback :)?

I am about to embark on a rocky road to ICSI for our second child. My first was concieved naturally and now after 3 years - NOTHING! So we are about to start with ICSI.
I would like some success stories and tips and or feedback. I am a little nervous and a little excited. I am also keen on transferring 2 eggs. Good idea ? I am 31yo and my doc said I have 30% chance of getting pregnant in the first month.
 
Is that like IVF? Or artificial insemination?
Sorry am lost.

But whatever it is,I hope you are successful and get to have another baby.

we did IVF with ICSI to conceive, and it was the only way that conception will work for us. I am pregnant with my first from doing this procedure.
