Ideas for vacationing alone?

I now live in Israel.

I have 3 weeks vacation and don't know what to do.

I don't have much money but need to take a vacation alone.

Can someone reccommend money-conscious and fun/appropriate things to do alone in either Israel or close by?

You may try one of those packages to Red Sea resorts in Sinai. some of them go under 50$ a day including everything
