what is one of the most simple,quickest, and noticable ways to identify plateaus and to break it.
i understand it happens when body is exercised and is being "overclcked."
if i give my particular muscle group like tricep,bicep,leg,etc... two days of rest interval between exericses would that prevent me from hiting a plateau or is plateau a inevitable process and happens to everyone at some point in life during exercise?
