...up will I still be charged? I dont want to go to court as it is a 5 hour drive and the court time is 9:30 in the morning so i'd have to leave at 3 in the morning i have no gas money.. i need to know if there will be a warrent out for my arrest becasue i have to go to court 3 days after this court date on a seperate matter. Doesnt a subpoena have to be dilivered in person ??
