...lived together since the marriage..? they were married Dec 24, 08 and have not actually lived together. Now that the ex is gone, she comes into the house as she wants, leaves things there, but will stay at her house too..she was not going to move into until March...the police came as a domestic distrubance and the husband would not let her back in the house that she technically does not live there. The Police said she has a right to come in the house because she is married to him, but when there was a domestic distrubance at her house where he stayed, the police told him he had to leave because he did not live there, regardless if they were married...who is right...Who has rights here, I actually talked with the policeman that told me she has the right to come in and I am the ex that still owns the house she was at...please anyone help with this! Who has the rights here???Thanks
